Lafayette County Clerk Offices

Lafayette County splits clerk duties between two offices. The Circuit Clerk keeps circuit and county court case files and issues marriage licenses. The Chancery Clerk holds chancery, probate, divorce, land, and Board of Supervisors records. Both sit in Oxford and are open Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
